What parents are really buying

The goal is not more lessons. It is a finished project and a more capable teenager.

The mentorship combines engineering, product thinking and communication so that technical interest becomes visible progress.

01

From consuming to creating

AI stops being entertainment and becomes a tool for building an original service, assistant, research project or automation.

02

From scattered interest to execution

The teenager learns to choose a problem, define a scope, work to milestones, test assumptions and finish what was started.

03

From claims to portfolio evidence

A working prototype, documented GitHub repository and project story create evidence for university applications, competitions and interviews.

04

From jargon to a confident pitch

The final result is explained in clear business language and, where useful, presented in English to parents, mentors or invited guests.

The mentor

Engineer. CEO. Speaker.

Ivan value is the combination of engineering depth, real-world product thinking, strong communication and personal accountability.

13+

Enterprise technology background

Software engineering and technical leadership across major Russian technology and enterprise companies, with practical work in AI, LLM and RAG systems.

AI

Product-building, not tool demonstrations

The work follows a real development cycle: research, architecture, prototyping, testing, documentation, launch and presentation.

EN

English-language communication

Experience teaching and speaking in English allows the technical project to become part of an international education or university-application track.

↗

Venture tracking discipline

Certified tracker methodology is used to maintain focus, deadlines and measurable progress — without turning mentorship into a rigid school lesson.

The working method

One idea. Four stages. A result that can be shown.

The technical level adapts to the teenager. The standards for thinking, ownership and completion do not.

Questions parents ask

Clear expectations before the first session.

Does my teenager need prior coding experience?

No. The technical stack and project scope are selected after diagnosis. Curiosity, the ability to think and willingness to work consistently matter more than prior syntax knowledge.

Is this a programming course?

No. Programming is one of the tools. The program also develops product thinking, research, architecture, testing, project discipline, documentation and presentation.

Is the program only useful for university applications?

No. A strong portfolio is a useful by-product. The primary value is learning how to turn an idea into a finished result and explain that result clearly.

Can the work be done in English?

Yes. Sessions can be conducted fully or partly in English, and the final pitch can be prepared for an international education or competition context.

What happens if the diagnosis shows there is no fit?

You receive an honest recommendation and a development roadmap. There is no requirement to purchase a longer program.
